The following are the modes  of LED of a cisco switch port

1. Stat - status
solid green/flashing green- activity

2. Duplx
off-half duplex
green full duplex

3. speed

off-10 Mbps
green- 100 Mbps

4. RPS
indicates if Redundant power supply is present
